Nation Dungeon Distribution System

I'll be trying out a new distribution system:
- All participants get a share of the boxes less 1
- The character "Treasurer" will get 1 box per participant in the ND, along with any leftovers
- Gate Guards will get 1 additional share of the boxes, split among the guards as they have to keep an eye on the gate at all times and thus cannot participate in the mob farming.

so using Ghost Ship of the Carribbean Nation Dungeon as example and
assuming a clear with 24 ppl taking part
250 / 24+1 = 10 boxes each less 1
9 boxes per person
gate guards assuming 3 gets
12 boxes per person
Nation Treasury (char name Treasurer) gets 25 boxes

Now for those davy jones' hearts that drop in Ghost ship Nation dungeon.
Hearts will be auctioned off to those who want a pirate in their formation (GLs to note down who these people are and to let me know)
-Auction-
1) Minimal increment of 5m
2) Only those who participated in the ND and NEED a heart for pirate will be allowed to bid
3) Successful bidder's formations will be checked randomly for a pirate, failing that, you will be blacklisted.

-Fixed Price-
1) Only applicable if 2 hearts drop for that Ghost Ship Run
2) 2nd heart will be sold at auction price to those in the list below:
070809 Davy jones' heart for 255m sold to t3rminal frm Nerv
140909 Davy jones' heart for 355m sold to Dragonleader frm Singapore
200909 Davy jones' heart for 355m sold to Silveretta frm Singapore


Unsold hearts prices will be averaged

3) To get on the list, you are not allowed to participate in all heart auctions.
WARNING, do not apply to the list if you cannot afford to pay.
4) This is for those who want a pirate, but are unable to join NDs as frequently as they like.
5) Pls inform your GLs and they will inform me asap, the list will be generated on sunday 9th August at 6pm +8GMT
6) Anyone else who joins after said date will be placed at the bottom of the list.

The gold from the auction of the heart will be distributed accordingly:
2% for mailing fees
18% goes to the nation Treasurer
80% goes to all participants equally

Nation Treasurer will be using all funds to buy Alcatraz keys, and event prizes if we decide to hold any events in the future.
Nation Treasurer is a character seperate from my own.

Nation Dungeon Exchange System

Point system as follows:
1. all guilds will be awarded ONE point per participating member in Successful Ghost Ship Nation Dungeon raids. (Successful Ghost ship defined as getting the heart dropx2,)
2. Points are accumulative
3. Points can be used to exchange for various items
4. Points have been tracked from 24th May 2009
5. Points will be granted in exchange for hearts, at 15 pts per heart given

Nation Dungeon Rules

This post is for Rules to follow in Nation Dungeons, these are not guidelines.

1. No one below lvl 95 is allowed in Nation Dungeons unless ur formation has been vetted by GLs who can vouch that you will not be a liability and are at least lvl 90.

2. ANYONE who jumps into the nation dungeon who is lvl 95 and below and has not been vetted will suffer the following consequences:
- Warning will be given and you have 5 secs to move/tele out of the place.
- Failing to move out can result in you being KJed (King's Judgement, in which you can lose items)
- your guild will be fined points used in the nation exchange system

3. anyone not doing their assigned task, slacking around or afking in the ND w/o notifying me or the raid manager will have points deducted from their guild.

Nation Raids Do s and Don't s

Before Raids

Do s
  • Report in your participation. Give the organizer your Level.
  • Bank in your Gold.
  • Use Blessing Potions. Bring some Scrolls (Resurrection, Blessing, etc.)
  • Organizer will invite party leaders into a single "Command Chat Room" (CCR).
  • Those party that is Unsure of their objectives should verify with the organizer immediately.
Don't s
  • Do not start your own Individual Dungeons.
  • Do not afk.
  • Do not Flood the Nation Chat with selfish request or chat.
During Raids

Do s
  • Regroup often to prevent unexpected engaged, and outnumbered battles 3v1.
  • Aim Straight to objectives.
  • Report if you Engaged/Kill/Miss your objectives.
Don't s
  • Those player who does not met the Required Level please stay away from Nation Raids.
  • Those player who logon half way just report to organizer first, and don't wonder around alone in the Dungeons.
  • DO NOT use Auto-Follow please. Coz there's more bad then good if you do that. (Unexpected engaged / Unready battles / Will miss your objectives / etc.)
  • DO NOT attack Shadow Mobs. Shadow mobs are mobs which appear from Battles engagement nearby, and they walk without any directions and will disappear after sometime. There are some ways to differentiate them, in Ghost Ship Dungeon, they are mobs walking around without Mimic in the party. Generally they wont attack you, so u can test by standing near them.
After Raids

Do s
  • Lets do some "After Raids Review"(ARR) after every raids even if it is a successful one. Party Leaders can do some party review among the party members especially those new to the Nation Dungeons. So they can improve in the next Raid participation.
  • Box Rewards are given to Party Leaders to distribute to party members. Those party members that does not receive their boxes can whisper their respective party leader/organizer for verification.
Don't s
  • DO NOT forget and repeat the same mistakes twice.

Hope we can get a Voice Communication Server up soon, e.g. Teamspeak/Ventrilo/etc.

P.S.: The above are just guidelines. It all depends on individuals, if they want to follow it or not. POWER is nothing without Control.
